Ashfaqur Rahman

After her entry in bog boss sunny took India by storm. People started talking what is she doing here? Critics started there cretinism immediately. And after visit of Mahesh Bhatt in Big Boss, when he announced that he wants sunny leone for his film Jisam 2 (read detail here) she become talk of the town. Yes we are talking about known other then the world’s one of the most poular porn star sunny leone. Sunny has appeared in various reality shows in the US, and was named among the world's top 12 porn stars by fashion magazine Maxim in 2010.

After she became news in Bollywood immediately people make her popular in Google too. People started searching about Sunny, her carrier and life. So for the curious people who still searching here we have presented her full biography…

Born into a Punjabi family on May 13 1981, as Karen Malhotra, Sunny was like any other toddler. Enjoying the chilly Canadian winter with building snowmen, ice skating and ice hockey, Sunny was the epitome of athleticism.

Enrolled in a Catholic school since Public school was thought of as being too unsafe, Sunny excelled. In 1996 when Sunny was 13, her family decided to move to Southern California, fulfilling her grandmother's wish of the entire family living together. With the change in weather and the obvious ragging of her naivety in the new school, Sunny sorely missed her old country.

Graduating in 1999, Sunny enrolled in a local Junior College where one of her friends urged her to try modeling. However, before entering into her career of choice, Sunny even worked at a German bakery, Jiffy Lube, and later even at a tax and retirement firm. It was during this initial modeling career while Sunny was studying to be a pediatric nurse that one of her classmates introduced her to John Stevens, an agent who in turn introduced her to Jay Allen, a photographer for Penthouse magazine.

Though initially wary of taking her clothes off and striking suggestive poses for the camera, curiosity got the better of her and she dived in full force, quickly becoming one of the most sought-after adult models. However, till then she was known as Karen and while picking a name for her adult career she said Sunny was her real name while Leone was picked by Bob Guccione, former owner of Penthouse magazine. With her adult career taking off, Sunny was crowned as the Penthouse Pet of the Month for March 2001. Following this, numerous other magazine deals followed, including Cheri, High Society, Swank, Leg World, Hustler and Club International.

Later that year, Sunny even appeared in the 2001 home video Penthouse: Pets in Paradise , as well as Ja Rule's "Livin' It Up" music video. With her popularity on the rise it wasn't long before Sunny set up her own website.

Two years later, Sunny was declared as the Penthouse Pet of the Year 2003. Later Sunny signed a three-year contract with Vivid Entertainment with which she transitioned into the world of hardcore pornography, stating that she would only do lesbian scenes, with her first film being titled Sunny.

In May 2007, upon re-signing her contract with Vivid for another six films, Leone agreed to perform for the first time with men on camera, but exclusively with her fiancé, Matt Erikson. That summer she also received breast augmentation, and shot her first movie under the new contract titled Sunny Loves Matt.

In August of '08, Sunny announced the launch of her own studio, Sunlust Pictures, with Daniel Weber as her partner. With this new venture, she planned to write, direct and create her own brand of adult movies with Vivid Entertainment as her distributor.

While the same year she even won the Web Babe of the Year titled at the Xbiz Awards. In September 2009, an iPhone application consisting of a collection of non-nude photos, some videos and a porn star-penned blog was approved by Apple for sale in the iTunes store, making it the first officially sanctioned application featuring a porn star.

In 2010, Sunny was titled as one of the top 12 female stars in porn by Maxim. The same year, Sunny lost her father to cancer, which he had been first diagnosed with in 1999. This year in 2011, Sunny entered into the Bigg Boss house causing a stir within and outside the house amongst the contestants and viewers alike.

On various occasions, Sunny has proclaimed that she leads a normal life and enjoys the simple pleasures like abstract painting, horse riding, reading, watching The Simpsons and even playing World Of Warcraft.

In the near future, Sunny plans to launch her own line of lingerie and other Sunny-branded products including a diamond jewellery line, while even having a mainstream acting career.

In addition, she is attending junior college in Southern California, and hopes to become a registered nurse.

Movie preview Murder 2

When 'Murder' was released, it was considered the first ever commercial Hindi film with such high degree of eroticism. But it was 2004 , almost 8 years gone. Lot of things have  changed since then. ‘Murder’ showed a way to bring nudity, adult and erotic content to Bollywood movies. So is ‘Murder 2’ going to establish this way more strongly?

Maybe yes. Because Mahesh Bhat, the well known director and producer of ‘Murder 2’ film, and Mohit Suri announced that their second sequence is not just darker but also far more erotic when compared to the Emraan Hashmi-Mallika Sherawat thriller that had released way back in 2004. Lead actor,  Emran Hashmi promised that there is a lot more to the film than just the erotic content.

Well Mahesh Bhat explained the reason. He said ‘Time has changed now. Our audience are modern now, they changed their lifestyle and way of thinking. Our young generations are well ahead. So we need to think about our audience. Our previous films were well accepted by the young generation because they found their own story in those films.’

Murder 2 introducing the hot and sexy actress Jacqueline Fernandez who has exposed more than Prequel-Star Mallika Sherawat clamied by the director Mohit Suri. It's a thriller exploring the world of prostitutes, transvestites, pimps and gigolos. It is not a film for the young said by mohit. Jacqueline Fernandez will be playing the center stage model of an erotic magazine.

Story

For Arjun, money became a priority and the basis for any job he took up. Arjun meets Sameer, a Goan gangster who has been suffering a huge loss as his hookers have been running away. He immediately assigns Arjun for the job offering him a huge sum and knowing his skills of investigation as an ex-cop in order to find those girls.

Priya, a young girl who plays a model in the film, is deeply in love with Arjun. However, he is hesitant to admit it as for him the only thing that matters is money. Thru his investigation, Priya does not understand his hesitance in giving a name to their relationship. Whilst investigating, Arjun realizes that the girls missing are connected by one cell phone number. He decides that in order to catch the lion one must feed him the lamb. He devises a plan that involves sending a girl to that particular customer.

Here comes in Reshma, a young college girl who is into the profession of prostitution in order to feed and support her family. She becomes the innocent prey, and is then sent to the antagonists' house, Dheeraj Pandey. The unexpected happens as we reveal that Dheeraj is a serial killer who plays a eunuch in the film. He is a sex addict and hence, decides to brutally murder women. But as fate has it, thru the journey of investigation, Arjun and Dheeraj cross paths. Arjun gets into a tiff with Dheeraj and they both land up at the police station. Dheeraj being the sociopath admits to a crime so heinous that even the police gets shocked by his behavior. Now it's all upto Arjun Bhagwat. He has one night to find some proof in order to keep Dheeraj in jail. He needs to find Reshma because he begins to feel guilty about his plan of sending her as bait. He realizes that Reshma's background is similar to his and hence, feels compassion towards her. Thru his investigation, he meets several people who have had an encounter with this serial killer including his family and a hooker who managed to escape.

Things don't go as planned and Dheeraj leaves the police station as a free bird as there is no evidence against him. Meanwhile, the next victim on his list turns out to be Priya. We hope Murder 2 will entertain the people and give Mahesh Bhat a great earning. But how this kind of films will treat ourselves or affect our thinking or lifestyle? Does young generation of this sub continent really find something inspirational?

Ever green Salman khan talked about his life career and relationships. And everyone knows when he talks straight.Faheem Ruhani from Filmfare done this hard job of interview. Want to know more? Read it yourself :)

The worst nightmare for any journalist is to discover that the voice of his interviewee is barely audible on the recorder. More so if the star is the controversial Salman Khan. It so happened that Salman was shooting for Bodyguard at a set constructed on the helipad at Film City. I didn’t account for the gusty wind that was blowing. The next four days then are spent in trying to cajole him for a repeat interview.
Then one evening he messages me, “Cm home!” I wait for him in his uncluttered, spacious and well-lit drawing room. A few minutes later, he makes an entry.  I’m gob smacked!  He isn’t wearing a shirt. All my hard work has come to naught! I don’t know where to attach the collar mike.

So Salman sits in his blue jeans, bare-chested before me and the device lies idle in my hand. Excerpts:

How do you feel redoing the same interview with me courtesy a technical snag?

It’s quite possible that if you ask me the same questions again, I’ll end up giving you different answers.
Prateik and Shraddha Kapoor are on the cover of this issue. Are you still game about doing this interview

Which will feature you on the inside pages?

I’d love to be featured inside if Prateik is on the cover. No way will I put my foot down and ask for a cover when Prateik’s on it.

What’s your opinion about Prateik who’s slowly trying to catch up with Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan?

I like him. He’s really a sweet ki d. He’s an outstanding boy. I loved his mother (the late Smita Patil) as an actor. I love his father (Raj Babbar) as a person and an actor. I’ve worked with his brother (Arya Babbar) and his family.

Every time you are asked to promote your film what thoughts come to your mind?

The first few rounds of interviews seem okay. Then it gets boring. The same questions every time. They’ll ask me about my supposed ‘fight’ with Anees Bazmee. Often journalists ask certain questions because they’re expected to ask them. I don’t believe in publicizing a film. I just believe in telling people what the film is about. If they like the promo, they should go and see the movie.

Do you enjoy interviews or are you indifferent to them?

I enjoy them when I have something to talk about, when I’m asked questions worth answering and when I can share my life with my fans. But if you’re trying to evoke a controversy or get some shock value into it, then I’m not interested.

Considering Anees Bazmee’s last two films haven’t really done well, are you apprehensive about Ready?

Not really. He is a man who knows his job. If you push someone who knows how to swim into the water, he’ll emerge out of it. But for someone who doesn’t know his job and is a fluke, then it’s a problem. Anees has given hit after hit after hit. So what if one of his films didn’t work?

Will Abhinav Kashyap not directing Dabgangg 2 affect the film?

I don’t think it will affect anything. Abhinav not directing it will not affect Dabangg 2. I hope it does not affect Abhinav Kashyap.

Will Arbaaz Khan prove to be a good director for Dabangg 2?

Yes, I think so because Arbaaz actually never wanted to be an actor. He was just forced into it because he got a break (Daraar). I wanted to be a director but once I got into acting, I gave it my best. Now I don’t feel like doing anything else. Today, thanks to Abhinav Kashyap, Arbaaz has got an opportunity. We really wanted Abhinav to do the film because of his association with the previous one. But I guess, after Dabangg, he’s got too many brothers now.

Did Abhinav want to co-produce Dabangg 2?

No, Abhinav didn’t want to co-produce the film. He just didn’t want to do it. I guess he wasn’t happy with the way the film turned out at the box office. And he wasn’t happy with the amount of money we spent on it. And his brother (Anurag Kashyap) of course, the genius went on Twitter and made some more comments, which apparently he apologized for later.

Were there any issues over money?

There was no issue about money because for the first film also he was paid handsomely.

Reportedly, you met up with your ex girlfriend Somy Ali in Bangkok. You’re also friends with Sangeeta Bijlani and Katrina Kaif. What does it take to be friends with your ex?

See, things don’t end if you’re having a blast. If you’re having
the best time of your life you are not going to say, ‘We’re having such a good time, now we need to break up’. But misunderstandings happen, people get carried away. Then people cheat, etc, etc, etc. Sometimes the woman feels betrayed and sometimes the man. But you realize that there was only that much time you were meant to be together. Often the term ‘good friends’ is misconstrued in the industry.
At some stage and a little later you can actually be good friends. From that stance of ‘no comments’ you can actually say dankey ki chhot par ‘haan, yeh meri dost hai (say it loud and clear, ‘yes, she is my friend’).

When and how do you gauge in a relationship that the person is not meant for you?

Actually, you’re the last person to know. You’re the last person to know that you’re not a star anymore and that you’re not in the relationship anymore. In my case, many a times, it has been my fault. I’m a difficult person to live with and I’ve also been naughty at times.

So you’re not husband material either?

Yes. I’m not yet. Forget husband, I’m not even boyfriend material.
I’ve seen three or four women in my life and they’re very beautiful from the inside and outside. Somehow, it didn’t work out.

Is there a woman in your life currently?

Yeah, there are four women in my life. My mother, my sisters Arpita and Alvira. And there’s Reshma Shetty (she handles his ads)! The women in my life will always be there as friends.
Recently, you’ve been linked with Kangna Ranuat, Zarine Khan and even Sonakshi Sinha.
These guys want to link me with just about anyone. Right now I’m single, I’m having a blast. I’m not dating or seeing anyone. It just happens that I know them closely. I’ve worked with Sonakshi, I’ve worked with Zarine. I’ve known Kangna for the longest time.

Is there a team that has strategised the way you are positioned today?

There is no team. But I’m sure there are teams that would work against it. But no matter how hard they try, they won’t be able to pull off anything. Because I have God on my side.
Reportedly, you asked good friend and producer Sajid Nadiadwala to cut down on the intimacy quotient between you and Sonakshi in Kick…

What? Are you making up these questions right now?

(Pauses) If you see the original, there’s no level of intimacy whatsoever. From Maine Pyaar Kiya till today, I haven’t done any of this stuff. I don’t think I’ll ever do it.

Reportedly, you hiked your price by Rs 5 crore for Kick after Sajid kept repeating Akshay Kumar in his films.

No, no. This is ridiculous. Sajid and I never discuss price. In fact, whenever I’ve signed his film, Sajid has always given me more than he did for the previous one. He doesn’t take advantage of our friendship.

Had you known about the content of Ragini MMS, would you have barred Ektaa Kapoor from appearing in Bigg Boss to announce the film?

It’s alright as long as the film has an ‘A’ certificate. People want to watch sex and nudity. I’d watch it as well but not with the family. People come from different walks of life, people have different needs and they are placed in different circumstances.

Okay, then when do we see Salman Khan in an ‘A’ film?

I’ve been part of an ‘A’ film — Wanted. And I didn’t even touch my leading lady Ayesha Takia. The reason why it got an ‘A’ certificate was because of the action. But every kid has watched the film. So I don’t understand why the film was an ‘A’. This is a way of promoting piracy.

It’s believed that when Shah Rukh Khan and you are shooting in the same studio premises, there’s tension brewing in the air…

I don’t believe this. Why should he look for me and why should I look for him? He’s doing his work and I’m doing mine. He’s doing a damn good job of what he’s doing. And I respect that.

7 easy steps to lose weight

For those who are willing to loose weight, do it as fun. Don't diet, and don't rush off to buy the next gimmick. Here's the real secret of losing weight: Just eat less.

First of all, you need to be sensible

Not for weight lose only, sensibility is the key to success in your life. If you are not sensible then you will be the great loser. You don't need to feel trapped behind the prison of your own body anymore. All you need to do is control your portion sizes by eating less and eating sensibly.

Eating less and sensibly is very easy for anyone especially if you are a food lover and you have over weight. Our problem nowadays is that we're too lazy to turn this practice into a perfectly balanced meal plan.

"The problem for most people is that they maintain certain habits that make eating less quite difficult," says Pat Booth, assistant director of the Nutrition Services Department at the University of California San Francisco Medical Center.

Old habits are hard to break, however, tomorrow you'll be looking back at the "old"you and feeling good about the "new" you that's yet to come. Get our point? It also has a lot to do with your self-image. You must first change mentally in order to change physically.

Getting started with easy steps

If you have ever tried to lose your eight you must know the problems that accompanies most weight loss plans. The main problem is that we can't stick to it.

Instead of drastically cutting your diet, try gradually accustoming yourself to eating less. Take smaller portions. Leave a little on the plate. In time, you'll find you need less food to feel satiated.

As you practice putting less on your plate, consider these seven steps to eating less (the following list is taken from Mr. Paul Wolf, health correspondent, and we highly recommend it):

1- Mini-meal is the operative word

Ideally, every time you eat, your plate should have some protein, a little fat and a little fibrous bulk to ensure that you feel full and satisfied. This takes some planning. It ultimately means losing the "mindlessly munching on pretzels" habit.

"Even if you eat fruit as a snack, healthy as it is, you won't feel completely satisfied because it doesn't have any protein and fat," Booth says.

An apple followed by, say, some plain yogurt, will do more for satiety than two apples. A baked potato, which has 100 calories, contributes more to satisfaction than 20 potato chips, which, at 114 calories, adds up quickly. Top that spud with a quarter-cup of low-fat cottage cheese (100 calories), and you have a filling, healthy snack for 200 calories.

2- Don't deprive yourself

You don't want to feel deprived or hungry; drastically cutting calories will only slow down your metabolism by driving your system into famine mode.

Don't count calories; just eyeball your portions. Let's say you hope to reduce your daily caloric intake from about 2,500 to 2,000. Focus on reducing your portion sizes by about 20%.

Within a matter of a couple of weeks, you will be adjusted to the new serving sizes and they will seem normal.

3- Eat delicious and well

Every diet regimen should permit the occasional treat and nice meal out. Eat delicious food, but eat it in smaller portions.

Obviously, cream sauces and fudge brownies at every meal will thwart your weight loss goals. Learn to enjoy ordinary food as well as extraordinary delicacies.

4- Eat your calories, don't drink them

Now it’s almost summer in Bangladesh. Everyone who feels thirsty in road or university drink coke, sprite or ctc. But do you ever think just for being thirsty how much calories you are taking a day?? . I pet bottle of coke contain more the 150 calories. Three of these a day is an extra 500 calories. This is more than 2 plate of rice. If you add other commercial beverages, juices and sugary lattes to your diet, you practically need a calculator to tally the calories that don't do a thing when it comes to fulfilling your appetite.

Stick to water and tea and get your calories from more filling and satisfying foods.

5- Exercise is the perfect partner

Your diet will be all the more successful if you combine it with regular exercise.

Approach your exercise and diet plan with a focus on how you look and feel, not how much you weigh. In other words, think in inches lost, not pounds. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat.

6- Make meals last

Yes, two Balance protein bars have only 360 calories and also contain vitamins, minerals, fiber, protein, fat, and carbohydrates. But you can down these suckers in a matter of seconds. Where's the chewing satisfaction? A couple of nutrition bars are not a meal or even a mini-meal for that matter.

The satiety centers of the brain may not get the message right away that you've had enough. Eat slowly, chew carefully and don't put more food in your mouth when you haven't dealt completely with the last bite.

7- Discover your food triggers

What makes you succumb to temptation? Do you turn to the pantry the instant you turn on the TV? For some, if it's in the house, that's all the temptation they need. For others, stress is a trigger. The stress hormone cortisol fuels cravings, according to Pamela Peeke, M.D., author of Fight Fat After Forty.

Everyone knows that bigger portions won't fill the empty spaces of our lives or give us lasting relief from unpleasant moments. Discovering your triggers is a step toward self-control, which is the basis for eating less.

So next time you see one of those annoying infomercials, follow this three-step exercise: pick up the remote, change the channel, then put the remote back down.

Easy weight loss is possible

Diets don't work. Not only do they leave you miserable and feeling hungry, they actually make you gain weight by slowing down your metabolism. Instead, watch your portion sizes, don't consume sugary beverages, eat slowly, do a little exercise, and you'll be shedding those unwanted pounds in no time.

Visit this website everyday and make your own diet chart http://caloriecount.about.com and last have fun

Original Article written by Simon Mcneil for askmen.com

Imran and Avantika's long relationship turns to a happy marriage. And they are very much happy about their new marriage life. However, they still didn't get time for a proper honeymoon. In an interview by Filmfare with Imran Khan, Imran said that marriage has made him a man.

Congratulations! Has the feeling of being married sunk in?

I guess so. This may sound weird, but it’s like ‘Now I’m a man. I’m not a boy anymore’. There’s a sense of duty and responsibility. It’s like, ‘Okay, now, I’ve to look after this person.

Is it difficult to come to terms with being married?

No, not at all. I’ve always enjoyed responsibility. For me, it’s a good feeling. Haan, I’ve been trusted with this responsibility.

Any advice for couples who have little time for a honeymoon?

This is the time for work. People who get married at our age should be prepared for that. When you’re in your early 20s or mid-20s it’s time to work and make a name for yourself. It’s now that you decide who and what you are going to be in life.

Did you miss a long honeymoon?

Certainly, but I realise that right now my first commitment is to my work. I’m doing two very important films, which are on very, very tight schedules and my first responsibility is towards my producers.

Would you inform Avantika before performing any intimate scenes with an actress?

I tell her about whatever I’m doing. She’s never had any issues, any kind of discomfort with what I do. She’s fairly intelligent. She knows the difference between real life and the movies.

What’s the most malicious piece of gossip you’ve heard about yourself?

I’ve been fortunate. There’s been no gossip in the last couple of years. The last solid piece of gossip was when they were promoting Kidnap. They floated the story about Minissha Lamba (co-star) and me having an affair. I kind of sabotaged that. After that, nobody has tried floating stories.

How much of a gossip are you?

I enjoy listening to gossip but I remain blissfully unaware of it. I’m oblivious to the goings-on on the set.

On a scale of 1 to 10, rate yourself as a gossip.

Where listening is concerned, I’m a seven or eight. I thoroughly enjoy listening to it. The general opinion is that the grapevine passes through Ranbir Kapoor more than anyone else. There is no one in the industry, not even a journalist, who knows as much gossip as Ranbir.

So Ranbir will be competing with your co-star and his cousin Kareena Kapoor in that domain…

I still think Ranbir is ahead.

How clued in are you to industry rumours and gossip?

Depends on when I last met Ranbir! When we were rehearsing for the Filmfare Awards show this year, I got all the dope!

On Koffee With Karan, Karan Johar often asks, “Imran or Ranbir – The Next Best Thing?” And everyone names Ranbir. Do you hope someone will name you?

Not really. I’ve always believed he’s a better actor than me. When I watched Rocket Singh — Salesman Of The Year I said to myself, ‘Shit, this guy is a damn good actor’. That’s one of his best performances.

After your episode with Ranbir on Koffee… Salman Khan said that he found you more charming of the two. What makes Salman give you more marks?

I think he is biased. He likes my family; he likes me personally, which is flattering. So what does being ‘charming’ mean to you?

Would you like to be directed by Kiran Rao?

I haven’t seen Dhobi Ghat. The trailers looked excellent and my friends who’ve seen it have liked it.

Ranbir Kapoor is the ‘bad boy’ and you are the ‘good boy’. Or is it that you just appear to be the good boy?

No, I’ve never really had the energy to be a bad boy! It takes tremendous resolve and energy, I lack both.

Where do you think Ranbir’s energies come from?

Some people are naturally energetic, man. I’ve worked with Ranbir while hosting the Filmfare Awards. This guy can function without sleeping and eating. I remember when we hosted the Filmfare Awards two years ago; he was shooting all day. Then, he’d wrap up in the evening and come for the rehearsals and shoot for the awards until 2 am. Then he’d shoot the next day. He was sleeping just for four-five hours. That’s more than I can do.

Ways of remembering names

You are at a professional networking event and have just been introduced to a guy named John, who would be a great contact for you and your business. How do you maximize this networking opportunity? In the famous book How to Win Friends & Influence People, Dale Carnegie wrote: “A person’s name is to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language,” and also that, “Everyone's favorite subject is themselves.” Remembering a person's name and other information about him will help you to build a better personal and business relationship with him. This article outlines steps to help you make that happen.

Repeat the name

The first step to improving your ability to remember the names of people you meet is to immediately repeat the name of the person when you first meet them. Since you've just been introduced to John, immediately say something along the lines of, “It’s very nice to meet you, John,” or “It’s a pleasure to meet you, John.” This simple step will help prevent the name from going in one ear and out the other.

Ask a question using the name

Early on in your interaction with the person, try to ask him a question using his name. For example: “So John, what brings you to this meeting?” or “John, how do you know Chester?” Again, this will help prevent the name from immediately slipping your mind.

Come up with an association

The next simple step is to make some sort of association between the person’s name and something -- anything -- that you already know. For instance, the name John may remind you of a toilet bowl. Or you could simply think of the fact that you know someone else named John. Any association between the name and something you already know will suffice to make the name more meaningful and thus increase your chances of remembering it.

Use your visual memory

Take advantage of the power of your visual memory; it's incredibly potent. You’ve probably had the experience where, years after meeting a person, you recognize him, know that you’ve met and seen him somewhere before, but you can’t remember his name. This is because when you first met the person, you were able to see his face with your eyes, but you did not see his name. To see a person’s name, all you have to do is visualize an image that is in some way representative of the name. The association you came up with in the previous step might help you. For John, you could visualize a toilet bowl.

Link the visual cues to an outstanding feature

Next, use your imagination to link the visual representation of the person’s name to an outstanding feature on the person. For example, if John strikes you as having large ears, you might focus on his ears and picture a toilet bowl flushing in each ear. Granted, what I’ve just described takes practice, but it is a skill you are very capable of developing. Using this technique alone, I’ve been able to memorize and perfectly recall the names of as many as 200 people from an audience after hearing each name only one time.

Remember even more than the name

If John plays golf and has a wife named Alice, you can picture Alice in Wonderland flushing a golf club down one of the toilet bowls. The key is to really picture this and use your imagination to see this imagery as vividly as possible in your mind. With practice, it will only take a few seconds.

Review

If you executed all the preceding steps, that same night before you go to sleep, you should be able to call to mind at least a rough image of what John looked like. Then you can review all the imagery you mentally placed on his outstanding feature. You could exaggerate the images further and make them even more memorable.

Reap the benefits

By following the advice in this article, the next time you see John, you'll be able to call him by name and ask about his golf game and wife Alice. Instantly he'll feel more rapport with you, and it is a well-known fact that building rapport helps to establish better business and personal relationships. Now, go out there and meet people!
